we offer two curated seatings nightly:
• First Seating: 5:30 PM
• Second Seating: 8:00 PM
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Securing Your Seat
A valid credit card is required to finalize all reservations.
Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking:
it is held securely to guarantee your table.

[Cancellation Policy]
Due to the exclusive nature of our ingredients and limited seating:
• Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or “No-Shows” will be subject to
a cancellation fee of $500 per guest.
• We appreciate your understanding as we prepare each dish
specifically for your arrival.
